Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Taguig, Philippines, seeks a Sr Analyst to own end-to-end collections and dispute management within the Invoice-to-Cash process. You will support high‑risk portfolios, ensuring timely cash collection, accurate dispute resolution, and compliance with internal controls.

You will partner with Customer Service, Sales, and Finance teams to optimize processes, analyze trends, and drive revenue integrity for Johnson & Johnson Global Services Finance.

Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2. CPA/CMA/MBA and/or other financial certifications preferred.
• 3. End-to-end Invoice to Cash process experience desired, especially Collections/Dispute Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer collections and open receivables with proactive follow-ups and disputes.
• Drive cash flow by optimizing payment behavior and reducing DSO.
• Monitor KPIs against SLAs and perform AR forecasting and trend analyses.
• Own end-to-end dispute management for key accounts and resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
