Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Taguig, Philippines, seeks a Collections & Dispute Management Analyst (Korean Speaker) within Global Services Finance. You will own end-to-end collection and dispute activities for high-value portfolios, ensuring timely cash collection and accurate dispute resolution.

You will collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams, serving as SME for complex disputes and supporting process improvements in a global, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• End-to-end Invoice to Cash process experience, especially collections/dispute management.
• Korean language proficiency required.
• Fluent English communication.
• Knowledge of SAP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collections & Accounts Receivable Management: manage collections and open receivables with proactive follow-ups and dispute resolution.
• Dispute Management: own end-to-end dispute management for key accounts and provide escalation guidance.
• Collaboration: partner with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Deliver Revenue, and Finance teams.
• Process improvement: identify opportunities and support audits.
