Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree and eight years of experience or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Job-related technical knowledge in HSE practices and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to learn and apply local, state/provincial, and federal/national regulations.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work habits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train subordinates on HSE activities for large-scale TIC projects; include budgeting and scheduling.
• Provide guidance to business lines, project management, and company organizations on HSE practices and regulations.
• Make independent engineering/scientific decisions related to HSE using advanced techniques.
• Develop and supervise HSE programs and site-based orientation to promote safety and productivity.
• Run gap analyses to align company practices with client and regulatory requirements.
• Initiate and maintain HSE standards across projects.
