You will lead HSE teams, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of HSE practices, regulations, and industry standards.
• Ability to learn and apply local, state/provincial, and national guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work habits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train subordinates on HSE activities for large-scale projects.
• Provide guidance to business lines and project teams on HSE requirements.
• Decide independently on engineering/scientific HSE problems with advanced methods.
• Develop, customize, and supervise HSE programs across project staff.
• Run gap analyses to align company practices with client and regulatory needs.
• Initiate and maintain HSE standards through company-wide programs.
• Adhere to Fluor's HSE and Sustainability policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
