Qualifications

Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in applicable field and eight (8) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to twelve (12) years if non-degreed
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
Knowledge of local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines

Responsibilities

Manage and train subordinates on HSE activities for large-scale projects
Provide guidance on HSE practices and regulatory requirements
Develop and supervise implementation of HSE programs and site orientation
Run gap analyses to align company practices with client requirements and regulations
Maintain HSE standards and goals across programs and sites
Adhere to Fluor's HSE and Sustainability Policies
Support external HSE organizations as needed
