Fluor Corporation in the Philippines seeks an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Supervisor to lead and train teams, ensuring a safe work culture and compliance across medium to large-scale projects.

This role emphasizes developing HSE programs, conducting EIA, QRA, PHA studies, and coordinating with clients and site staff to meet company and client requirements while upholding Fluor's policies.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study.
• Five years of work-related experience or nine years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional requirements.
• DOLE Safety Officer 3
• Preferably with Powerplant experience
• Experience on Site HSE Management
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Knowledge of applicable local, state/province and federal regulations and guidelines

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train HSE teams to ensure a safe work environment and regulatory compliance.
• Apply regulatory requirements and monitor HSE standards across projects.
• Plan and conduct EIA, coordination and execution of Safety Cases (SC), QRA, PHA, FPS, and related studies.
• Promote Fluor's HSE standards and sustainability programs across the company and projects.
• Establish and maintain communications with client representatives and project staff.
• Adhere to Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
