Job summary

Fluor is seeking an experienced HSE leader to manage the Health, Safety & Environmental function across large-scale projects in the Philippines. The role focuses on creating a safe work culture, training staff, and ensuring environmental protection in line with regulations.

You will guide project teams, perform risk analyses, and implement HSE programs while aligning with client requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree in applicable field and eight years of experience or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate with management, staff, clients and regulators.
• Knowledge of local HSE statutes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train subordinates on HSE activities across large-scale TIC projects.
• Provide guidance to business lines and projects on HSE practices and regulations.
• Make independent engineering decisions related to HSE using advanced methods.
• Develop and supervise HSE programs, orientation, and recognition initiatives.
• Run gap analyses to align company, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Initiate and maintain HSE standards and goals across projects.
• Adhere to Fluor's HSE and Sustainability policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
