Qualifications

• Total 5+ years of retail experience in fashion industry.
• 2 years of experience as a store manager or assistant store manager.
• Managed a team of 5+ people.
• Expert in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure smooth operations.
• Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and loss prevention.
• Proficiency in store operations including visual merchandising.
