Job summary

DuPont is seeking a compensation-focused professional to oversee end-to-end compensation programs and provide Tier 2 escalation support for compensation and talent management matters. The role emphasizes data accuracy, process improvement, and collaboration across HR and service centers.

The ideal candidate will have Shared Services experience and at least 2+ years working with Workday, supporting local and global compensation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Shared Services experience required.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on experience working directly with Workday.

Responsibilities

• Project manage, execute, and/or support global and local compensation programs end-to-end, including STIP, SIC payment processing, LTI, LPBC, and other compensation initiatives.
• Serve as Tier 2 escalation support for Compensation and Talent Management matters, managing cases assigned by the Service Center.
• Assess and report on process status and service delivery performance, conduct gap and root cause analyses, and support quality and compliance management with a focus on continuous year-over-year improvement.
• Manage compensation program cases logged by HR customers and provide support in data management, reporting, and transactional services.
• Process local pay structure changes, including LPD, and support other country‑specific or local compensation processes.
• Launch, monitor, and troubleshoot system or process issues related to Talent Management and Performance Partnership processes and cycles.
• Audit and maintain compensation‑related data, including absences, business assignments, and other relevant records, ensuring data accuracy throughout the year.
• Support Hypercare activities and process improvement initiatives for annual compensation cycles.
• Provide support for additional projects and initiatives, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activities, as requested.
