Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our Dagupan team and own the employee experience. You will partner with leadership and operations to handle employee relations, performance management, and compliance, while guiding managers on HR policies and practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple functions.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
• Experience supporting managers with people-related decisions.
• Strong HR policies, procedures, documentation, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and judgment in sensitive situations.
• Ability to work independently and with leadership and operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR activities across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation.
• Partner with managers and leadership on employee relations and performance management.
• Handle sensitive employee issues professionally and confidentially.
• Guide managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace practices.
• Support disciplinary and corrective actions with proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Identify recurring issues and propose practical HR solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership and operations to improve workplace effectiveness.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, policies, and process improvements.
