Job summary

Flexihire Talent in the Philippines is seeking a Senior HR Manager to own the full HR relationship for a portfolio of North American clients. You will move beyond processing to shaping culture, retention, and people operations, acting as a trusted advisor to founders and leadership teams.

You’ll manage multiple accounts at different maturity levels, drive proactive HR initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and ensure compliance across US/Canada. Remote role requiring North American hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR with genuine end-to-end experience.
• Experience supporting North American (US/Canada) companies.
• Proven track record building programs, processes, or culture shifts.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships across varying maturities.
• Strong client-facing communication as trusted advisor.
• Interest in business development and growing a client base.
• Based in the Philippines and able to work North American hours.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR delivery for multiple North American client accounts: onboarding, policy, performance management, employee relations, offboarding.
• Build genuine relationships with client leadership to make Flexihire indispensable.
• Proactively identify gaps in a client’s HR function and propose solutions.
• Help identify and develop new client relationships and growth opportunities.
• Spot expansion opportunities within existing accounts and upsell services.
• Handle North American HR compliance, benefits, and employment practices.
• Mentor and delegate to junior HR staff and partner with founder on strategy.
