Thumbtack’s HRBP team in the Philippines partners with Sales, Customer Success, Service, Commercial Operations, Partnerships and Business Development to support the full employee lifecycle. The role requires aligning with North American business hours and acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across regions.

The HRBP collaborates with a broader team across the US, Canada, and the Philippines, delivering data-driven people insights while upholding Thumbtack’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR experience with HRBP background.
• Experience supporting high-volume frontline or commercial teams (Sales, Success, Customer Service, Business Development) in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working across multiple geographies, including the Philippines.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and change management.
• Comfort working in remote/virtual-first settings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial client groups as a trusted advisor across the full employee lifecycle.
• Support employee relations casework in the Philippines and US, documenting consistently to reduce risk.
• Drive change management and align teams through organizational transitions.
• Support HR programs and data-driven insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, DEI, OD, and Total Rewards to align People strategies.
