Job summary

Worldwide Logistics Philippines Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced HR professional in the Philippines to independently manage full-spectrum HR functions, balancing strategic and operational responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of full-spectrum HR experience, preferably in a standalone or lead HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.
• Experience working in a multinational company (MNC) environment is an advantage.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken) and Filipino/Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations in the Philippines, including recruitment, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance.
• Oversee monthly payroll processing, including preparation, verification, and coordination of salaries, allowances, deductions, and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all statutory requirements and reports to relevant government agencies.
• Maintain and ensure HR practices are compliant with Philippine Labor Code and company policies.
• Handle employee relations matters in accordance with Philippine labor laws, ensuring fairness, due process, and proper documentation.
• Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues in a professional and constructive manner.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and documentation.
• Manage full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Handle and coordinate government-related HR matters, including employee registrations, updates, and compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of employee files and HR reports.
