• Experienced HRBP with regional exposure across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

• Advise regional leaders on workforce planning, performance management, and talent development.
• Manage employee relations with confidentiality and fairness; support investigations as needed.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Legal to align people strategy with business goals.
• Support policy implementation and drive organizational change across distributed teams.
