Job summary

Outsourcey is seeking an experienced HR professional in the Philippines to lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for a security-focused workforce. You will manage confidential records, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with leadership on workforce planning.

The role requires strong communication, HRIS proficiency, and the ability to support a fast-paced, regulated environment within a growing BPO context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with security personnel operations, licensing/credentialing, background checks, and staff qualifications.
• Strong working knowledge of HR practices, confidentiality, employment regulations and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring of security personnel.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, documentation, orientations, credentials, and offboarding.
• Maintain confidential personnel records, HR databases, attendance, certifications, and licenses.
