Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior Supervisor – HR & Administration to oversee critical human resources, labor relations, plant administration, and HR finance activities at the Laguna plant. The role partners with plant leadership to deliver compliant, cost-effective people-focused programs and services that support operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR compliance.
• Experience in plant/site HR operations and managing employee concerns.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute HR, Labor Relations, Plant Administration, and HR Finance-related activities for plant operations.
• Serve as HR partner to plant leadership, supervisors, employees and stakeholders.
• Ensure people-related programs, employee relations, administrative services, and financial processes are effectively implemented.
