Job summary

Qualifications

• About 1–2 years working experience in event management, concert/production, or related fields is advantageous.
• Diploma or degree in Event Management, Mass Communications, Theater/Performing Arts or related disciplines is desirable but not required.
• Excellent English communication and other language skills; familiarity with event operations.

Responsibilities

• Participates in sourcing, documentation, operation, coordination and production of live entertainment and events content for City of Dreams Manila.
• Coordinates in-house and contracted artists and talents.
• Assists the department with shows, productions, and related responsibilities.
• Keeps strict compliance with the entertainment schedule of shows and performances for the day.
• Monitors scheduling and conduct of contracted performers and talents.
• Supports logistics and administrative matters for contracted performers and talent.
• Performs tasks assigned by management as business operations require.
