Job summary

Textron is seeking a Customer Service Engineer based in the Philippines. This role requires extensive helicopter maintenance expertise, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction through technical assistance and sales support.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience, be proficient in EFIS and FADEC systems, and possess strong customer service skills. The job is remotely operating and requires 24/7 availability and significant travel.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of hands-on helicopter maintenance experience.
• 5 years’ experience working on/with Bell helicopters.
• Experience with EFIS, FADEC, and integrated avionics systems.

Responsibilities

• Consult on customer technical issues regarding aircraft maintenance.
• Provide hands-on maintenance during demonstrations and shows.
• Conduct troubleshooting to minimize aircraft downtime.
• Consult on appropriate spare parts and volumes to purchase.
• Collect Bell fielded aircraft data for decisions on spares sales.
