Staff X is seeking a highly technical electrical engineer for a remote, engineering-focused support role in the Philippines. You will handle complex software-enabled power systems issues and explain solutions clearly in written English under real-time pressure.

This contractor position emphasizes depth over speed, collaboration with internal engineers, and contribution to knowledge base and product documentation for international markets.

Formación

• Electrical Engineering degree from a recognised institution.
• Strong written English to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to research independently and reason through complex problems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the technical support ticket queue in Freshdesk and drive to resolution.
• Respond to live chat queries in real time in written English.
• Take inbound calls and conduct product demonstrations (3–5 per week).
• Collaborate with internal engineers and developers to resolve issues.
• Provide feedback to R&D and contribute to knowledge base and product docs.
• Apply AI tools to support research and drafting, as appropriate.
