Job summary

Optum Philippines is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to drive end-to-end projects across clinical and non-clinical initiatives. You will define scope, build detailed plans, allocate resources, and manage risks to deliver regulatory-compliant outcomes.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with onshore clients. A healthcare background and familiarity with Agile methods are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive IT project management experience.
• 3+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with MS Project or ServiceNow.
• Experience with Agile practices and methodologies.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure/SDLC.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT and clinical project initiatives.
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with healthcare regulations and organizational goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to gather requirements.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure progress tracking transparency.
