Job summary

The City of General Trias Doctor Medical Center seeks an experienced Facilities and Projects Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and efficiency for hospital facilities. You will manage projects from planning through completion, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective asset management.

Responsibilities include coordinating contractors, budgeting, and driving continuous improvement while leading the facilities team to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Licensed Engineer (PRC) is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, construction, engineering, or facilities management.
• Experience in construction, renovation, or engineering projects is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and technical documentation.
• Able to coordinate and supervise contractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD and project management software experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willing to conduct site inspections and monitor project implementation.
• Hospital/healthcare facility project experience is an advantage.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and asset management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with hospital, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare and control departmental budgets and project costs.
• Resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
