Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an Integrated Health Solutions Lead in the Philippines to drive business development for the IHS team. You will build relationships with strategic accounts, align Medtronic’s portfolio to market needs, and develop plans to maximize opportunities while traveling over 50%.

The role requires a strong consultative sales background, senior stakeholder engagement, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers and ensure long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of sales experience in the life sciences/medical device industry with 3–5 years in top consulting firms within healthcare.
• Proven ability to engage and build relationships with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills with pipeline management and market intelligence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cross-regional collaboration.
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and account management.
• Fluency in English (Lean Six Sigma are pluses).

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for the IHS team and travel >50%.
• Build strategic relationships with target accounts and articulate value propositions.
• Develop prioritized IHS projects aligning with Medtronic’s long-term objectives.
• Design customized service offerings for strategic accounts to differentiate Medtronic.
• Coordinate internally to oversee sales process, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Coordinate solution delivery to ensure planned business outcomes for customers and Medtronic.
• Manage IHS accounts, ensure satisfaction, and identify next opportunities.
