Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Senior Workplace Safety & Security Executive to oversee safety, health, security, and risk management across the organization. Based in Taguig with hybrid/onsite work setup, the role leads OSH programs and coordinates mandatory trainings.

The ideal candidate has 5–6+ years in safety roles, a DOLE-accredited Safety Practitioner/SO3, and strong knowledge of Philippine regulations. Multinational experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 5–6+ years of relevant experience in safety and security roles.
• DOLE-accredited Safety Practitioner / SO3 or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine safety regulations and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in multinational company environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Occupational Health & Safety programs and ensure compliance across the organization.
• Manage Occupational Health & Safety Committee activities.
• Coordinate DOLE-mandated safety training and OSH programs.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with RA 11058 and DOLE D.O. 198-18.
• Lead security threat and risk assessments for offices and facilities.
• Coordinate investigations of major safety and security incidents.
• Implement workplace safety, security, and emergency response measures.
• Work with management, employees, contractors, landlords, and government agencies.
• Ensure facilities comply with applicable safety, fire, building, electrical, and engineering standards.
