Job summary

You will analyze business performance, user behavior, and market trends to generate actionable insights, lead project planning and delivery, and prepare reports for management.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute key business initiatives to support Shopee Thailand’s growth strategy and operational excellence.
• Work closely with internal teams and regional stakeholders to identify business opportunities, solve problems, and improve end-to-end processes.
• Analyze business performance, user behavior, market trends, and operational data to generate actionable insights.
• Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and performance review to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, operations, finance, product, and other related teams to align priorities and drive results.
• Prepare business reports, performance updates, and recommendations for management decision-making.
• Continuously improve workflows, tools, and processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and business impact.
• Support strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience, seller performance, and overall platform competitiveness.
