Job summary

Manila Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Product Designer, Growth to shape high-impact digital experiences across multiple brands. You will own end-to-end product design, from problem framing and research to delivery, testing, and iteration across desktop and mobile platforms.

Ideal candidates have strong product judgment, hands-on design skills with a focus on conversion and growth, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Product Design experience with strong product judgment and impact.
• Strong end-to-end ownership from problem definition to launch and iteration.
• Strong UX, interaction, and visual design skills across responsive web and mobile.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute hands-on product design initiatives across desktop and mobile.
• Translate problems into intuitive, production-ready experiences.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Marketing, Engineering, and data teams to shape priorities.
• Review builds for implementation, ensure design quality, and maintain design systems.
