Job summary

eduCLaaS in Manila seeks a Senior Marketing Executive to lead multi-channel campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other platforms regionally. This role collaborates with the regional marketing team and external vendors, reporting to the regional lead.

You will drive paid advertising, influencer collaborations, CRM automation, and remarketing; build and optimize funnels, automate messages, and refine tracking with Conversion API.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong knowledge of SEM, SEO, paid ads, and performance marketing.
• Seasoned in managing and executing campaigns end-to-end.
• Proven experience handling multiple campaigns and clients.
• Data-driven mindset for performance analysis and optimization.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
• Identify influencers and manage partnerships to expand reach.
• Set up marketing workflows in HubSpot and automate follow-ups.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR and deliver insights.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to craft creatives and messaging.
