Job summary

BukuWarung is seeking a senior Growth lead to own digital growth and commerce end to end in a fast-moving fintech ecosystem. You will drive paid performance, CRM, loyalty, and marketplace presence to boost downloads, activation, and revenue.

You will own the funnel from awareness to retention, optimize CAC/ROAS, and partner with Product to fix bottlenecks. Manila-based and fluent in Tagalog. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience driving growth across digital channels in a fintech or high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS and funnel optimization.
• Proven track record in acquiring and retaining users across paid and organic channels.
