Job summary

BukuWarung, a fast-growing fintech, seeks a Growth Marketing Lead to own end-to-end digital growth and marketplace presence from awareness through retention. You will drive paid performance, CRM, loyalty programs, and activation, with a focus on reducing CAC and boosting ROAS.

Based in Manila and fluent in Tagalog, you will partner with Product and marketing to remove bottlenecks, optimize funnels, and accelerate downloads and revenue. A strategic thinker with hands-on execution will fit well.
