MicroSourcing is hiring a Visual Designer for a remote night-shift role in the Philippines. You will create compelling visual assets for websites, campaigns, social media, tutorials, and educational content, while upholding the brand identity across all channels.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, refine UI mockups and motion graphics, and use AI tools to improve productivity and output quality. A strong portfolio is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in visual design with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, After Effects, and related design tools.
• Experience designing across websites, digital marketing, social media, video, animation, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, typography, layout, color theory, and user-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Create visual assets across websites, landing pages, marketing campaigns, social media, tutorials, and educational content.
• Design graphics, illustrations, UI mockups, templates, animations, and videos to elevate brand experiences.
• Maintain and improve the company website and overall visual UX.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into impactful visuals.
• Develop assets for launches and promotions while preserving a consistent brand identity.
• Produce motion graphics and video content to boost engagement and marketing impact.
