BJAK is seeking a seasoned graphic designer with motion design expertise to craft high-impact visuals for marketing, web, and short-form content. You will translate briefs into on-brand, conversion-driven visuals and collaborate with content, video, and performance marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles.
• Strong portfolio showing clean execution, storytelling, and design leadership.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion tools.
• Experience or interest in working with AI tools for concepting and production.
• Strong understanding of layout, composition, and visual consistency.
• Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience or interest in working with AI tools for concepting and production.

• Strong understanding of layout, composition, and visual consistency.

• Experience mentoring designers is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience producing short-form ads or commercial visual assets.

• Exposure to performance marketing or fast-paced startup environments.

Location

This role is remote, but candidates must be based in the Philippines. We are hiring specifically for this market, so applicants should already be based in the Philippines.

Language

• English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.
