Job summary

Intrepid Asia is seeking a Graphic Designer to lead the creative vision for Intrepid Indonesia, shaping brand strategy across channels and mentoring the design team. You will concept, design, and animate high-quality assets for promotional videos, social content, and digital ads in line with brand standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain a cohesive visual identity, and drive engaging experiences for livestreaming platforms and marketplaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design; 1-2 years’ motion graphics experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects.
• Experience producing visuals for livestreaming and optimizing OBS Studio.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces.

Our Merchandising & Creative Team brings brands and products to life through compelling visuals and on-brand storytelling. From graphic design and content creation to product presentation and campaign assets, the team crafts experiences that captivate and convert. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong understanding of digital commerce, we transform ideas into visuals that drive engagement, elevate brands, and enhance the online shopping journey.

The part you will play

The Graphic Designer must direct the creative vision and output for Intrepid Indonesia, establishing high-level brand strategies and safeguarding brand integrity across all communication channels. They are responsible for mentoring and leading the design team to ensure excellence in execution and the successful delivery of complex creative projects.

As a Graphic Designer you will take charge of

• Conceptualizing, designing, and animating high-quality static assets motion graphics for promotional videos, social media content, and digital advertisements while adhering to brand standards.
• Developing and maintaining the brand's visual identity across various platforms, ensuring consistency and uniformity.
• Generating and implementing high-impact creative assets that drive customer engagement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate creative strategies.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results within tight deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
• Applying a strong branding concept and demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in video creation to enhance and streamline production workflows.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field, 1-2 years of experience in motion graphics.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and After Effects.
• Experience in producing high-quality visual assets for livestreaming platforms and OBS Studio optimization.
• Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce platforms and the strategic design requirements of digital marketplaces.
• Rigorous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to maintaining global brand integrity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows and deliver results within high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
