Job summary

Expertise France Philippines seeks a Grants Officer within the Mutualized Office to ensure quality, compliance and proper implementation of grant management procedures. Reporting to the Procurement and Grants Manager, the officer leads the preparation, launch, evaluation, award and contracting of grants, while providing senior technical oversight on complex cases, audits and closures.

• Senior technical role within the Procurement, Grants and Logistics unit.
• Experience in structuring grant mechanisms, calls for proposals and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Structure grants mechanisms and prepare calls for proposals.
• Organise publication, information sessions and Q&A for proposals.
• Conduct reception, eligibility checks and evaluation process.
• Prepare grant agreements and ensure alignment with donor requirements.
• Provide senior oversight on grant implementation and follow-up.
• Coordinate financial checks, reports and payment requests.
• Monitor grant amendments, risks and compliance.
• Deliver capacity-building support to beneficiaries.
• Ensure audit-readiness, archiving and grant closure.
• Coordinate internal reporting and continuous improvement.
