• Support grant preparation, launch and award procedures under supervision.
• Assist in organizing information sessions and disseminating calls for proposals.
• Register, file and organize grant applications to ensure traceability.
• Perform initial administrative completeness checks on applications.
• Track beneficiary implementation, reporting deadlines and payment schedules.
• Support procurement procedures for simple, low-complexity purchases.
• Maintain filing systems and documentation for audits and donors.
• Coordinate with Grants Officer and EU-PH procurement officer on follow-up tasks.
