The role provides senior technical oversight over calls for proposals, evaluation, contracting and grant implementation, coordinating with project teams, junior officer and finance units to ensure proper documentation and donor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Structuring of grants mechanisms and preparation of calls for proposals
• Publication, applicant support and information sessions
• Reception, eligibility checks and evaluation process
• Contracting and grant agreement preparation
• Technical oversight of grant implementation and beneficiary follow-up
• First-level checks, financial coordination and payment requests
• Grant amendments, contractual follow-up and risk management
• Capacity building and support to beneficiaries
• Audit-readiness, archiving and closure of grants
• Coordination, reporting and continuous improvement
