You will resolve incidents, optimize performance, and collaborate with development and client teams to maintain high availability.

Responsibilities include 24/7 support readiness, change deployment coordination, and thorough documentation. Strong communication skills and payments domain knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with C or C++.
• Strong experience with C/C++; knowledge in Payments is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to diagnose problems and provide on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 production support and incident management.
• Install, maintain and support application components and third-party software.
• Analyze and resolve incidents and known errors in software.
• Assist development teams in requirements definition and system design.
• Document support processes and runbooks; assist with disaster recovery planning.
