Outsourced Global Staff is seeking a Google Ad Specialist (Homebased) to optimize end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across global markets. This full-time role requires GAM expertise, strong analytics, and ability to manage high-volume ad operations.

You will traffic campaigns in Google Ad Manager, configure line items, monitor delivery and budgets, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders while coordinating across time zones.

Qualifications

• Advanced hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM).
• Proven experience in high-volume digital ad operations across global markets.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with campaign trafficking, line-item management, inventory, and pacing.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal.
