Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Treasury Operations Senior Specialist to drive cash management, streamline treasury processes, and implement robust controls across our global network. You will work with the Corporate Finance & Global Treasury teams, FP&A, Accounting, and IT to optimize liquidity and reduce costs.

In this role you will manage bank portals, master data governance, FX processing, and end-to-end inhouse bank operations, while supporting global risk management and transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5 years of treasury, banking, or treasury consulting experience.
• Experience with SAP or S4 Hana (TRM module) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; PowerBI experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Centralize bank system usage and act as global bank administrator.
• Assist Master Data team on bank master data and data governance.
• Contribute to local cash disposition and liquidity management.
• Execute treasury transfers to minimize overdraft costs.
• Coordinate funding of cash pools with Global Treasury Germany.
• Prepare monthly cash position reporting for all entities.
• Execute FX transactions for operational payments in foreign currencies.
• Support Treasury Accounting queries for North America and Germany.
• End-to-end processing for Inhouse Bank and netting engine.
• Process payments for markets globally including tax, customs & supplier.
• Help design robust BCP plan and support transformation projects.
• Assist in global fraud prevention program.
• Support treasury analysis for data-driven decisions.
