Job summary

MGEN Thermal Energy Inc. is seeking a seasoned Cash Operations Lead to oversee liquidity planning, cash management, and treasury operations across entities and geographies. You will drive visibility into cash, funding strategies, and governance to support the business.

You will partner with Treasury, Finance, FP&A, and business units to improve working capital efficiency, strengthen controls, and automate cash processes. Strong leadership and data-driven decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, FRM, or CTP are preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma training or data analytics skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead 12-week rolling cash forecasts and reconcile with FP&A.
• Design and implement cash pooling and liquidity structures across entities.
• Consolidate global cash positions and optimize liquidity usage.
• Strengthen payment controls and fraud prevention measures.
• Oversee short-term investments, funding facilities, and covenants.
• Drive working capital improvements and cash conversion enhancements.
• Lead treasury team development and governance practices.
