Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Senior Specialist for Treasury Operations to drive centralized bank system usage, liquidity management, and global cash positioning. You will implement efficient treasury processes, coordinate with Global Treasury in Germany, and support FX settlements and payment services worldwide.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting and about 5 years of treasury experience.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• 5 years of relevant experience in treasury, banking, or treasury consultancy.
• Experience with SAP or S4 Hana (incl. TRM module) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent English communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support centralization of bank system usage and act as global bank administrator for bank portals.
• Support Master Data questions around bank master data and establish data governance.
• Contribute to local cash disposition and ensure liquidity for daily operations.
• Execute treasury transfers to minimize overdraft costs in coordination with supervisor.
• Align funding of cash pools with Global Treasury team in Germany.
• Prepare monthly cash position reporting for all entities within GBS scope.
• Execute FX transactions for operational payments in foreign currencies with Capital Markets alignment.
• Assist Treasury Accounting queries for North America and Germany.
• End-to-end processing of Inhouse Bank and global netting engine.
• Perform payment services for all markets globally including tax, customs & supplier payments.
• Assist in designing a robust BCP plan for Global Treasury and support transformation projects.
• Support creation of a global fraud prevention program.
• Contribute to treasury analysis to enable data-driven decisions.
