Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Global Process & Digital Lead (GPDL) across Payments and Experience. You will drive end-to-end process improvements, partner with Procurement, Finance, Treasury and Technology, and manage a global team to standardize and digitize PEX processes.

You will guide governance, optimize metrics, ensure control compliance, and contribute to automation initiatives while delivering value across regions and service delivery centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; MBA desirable.
• 8–10 years in Procurement/Finance with minimum 5 years in a management role.
• Experience leading large teams in a complex matrixed structure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive governance, maintenance, and improvement of end-to-end Global Standard Process Design.
• Provide management oversight to key partnerships including tech providers and outsourcing partners.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, performance metrics, and governance councils.
• Ensure processes are compliant with Internal Controls and risk management.
• Leverage insights to prioritize services, process, talent, and tech improvements.
• Lead development of product strategies aligned with priorities.
• Support automation and AI initiatives within area of responsibility.
