Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Manager, Global Process & Digital Lead to drive end-to-end Payments and Experience (PEX) processes across procurement and finance. You will lead a global team, standardize processes, and strengthen controls, collaborating with regions and BPOs to improve supplier and user experience.

The role requires 8–10 years of procurement/finance experience with 5+ years in management, strategic thinking, and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• MBA or advanced degree desirable.
• 8-10 years in Procurement, Finance, or related business experience; at least 5 years in a management role.
• Experience leading large teams in a complex matrixed structure.
• Strategic, data‑driven thinking for long-term planning.
• Strong collaboration, communication & influencing skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) required.

Responsibilities

• Drive governance, maintenance, and improvement of the end-to-end Global Standard Process Design and related cost models and process control.
• Provide management oversight to partnerships with technology providers, outsourcing partners, and internal functions.
• Ensure compliant and controlled PEX processes aligned with internal controls, finance, risk, and treasury.
• Prioritize PEX service improvements using insights from suppliers and customers to enhance experience.
• Facilitate issue resolution and escalation; drive continuous improvement in process and user experience.
• Develop product strategies aligned with organizational priorities and support automation and AI initiatives.
• Manage team operations, performance, and budget to achieve goals on time.
• Collaborate across departments to improve profitability and competitive position; leverage market intelligence.
• Integrate Credo and leadership imperatives in daily team interactions.
• Travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.
