Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• PMP/Agile certification is a plus.
• 12+ years of cross-functional experience in global sourcing or related field.
• 6+ years leading strategic program implementations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and drive enterprise work streams across multiple functions.
• Manage Internal Readiness for new projects and programs.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define strategic direction and deliver solutions.
• Oversee programs for the site and handle escalations with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate leadership, judgment, and cost-aware program changes.
