Job summary

Optum is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare implementation projects across multiple functions in Makati. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure initiatives are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PMO experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and PM tools.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of PMO experience with a strong background in strategic projects, end-to-end governance, and implementations.
U.S. Healthcare experience or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience is a plus.
Proven success managing large-scale projects, including at least one outside an IS function.
Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
Advanced MS Office skills, esp. Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, and other PM platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to define, align, and communicate project goals, scope, and objectives.
Identify timelines, resources, dependencies, and implementation plans.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
Lead project execution using established PM methodologies and tools.
Manage cross-functional teams including Real Estate, Training, Technology, and more.
Create and maintain project documents: charters, work orders, plans, risks, lessons learned.
Build high-performing teams and drive collaboration and accountability.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and elevate issues as needed.
Provide regular status updates and executive communications.
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement using best practices and lessons learned.
