Qualifications

• 8+ years leading finance process transformation in a large organization.
• Deep knowledge of close, consolidation, reporting, planning, revenue and billing.
• Lead end-to-end improvement initiatives from diagnosis to benefits realization.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent process improvement expertise.
• Strong stakeholder leadership and ability to influence senior Finance leaders across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Finance process improvements strengthening controls, accuracy, efficiency, scalability and measurable outcomes.
• Lead transformation initiatives from problem definition through future-state design, implementation, adoption and benefits realization.
• Assess processes, controls, data inputs/outputs, handoffs and risks across core Finance workflows.
• Establish process governance and ownership with defined decision rights and documentation standards.
• Coach teams in process-excellence practices and strengthen capability in problem solving and measurement.
• Apply AI where it supports approved future-state processes and partner with technical teams on requirements.
