Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a senior finance leader in the Philippines to lead regional finance operations, drive improvements, and build a high-performing team. You will own the month-end close, ensure accurate reporting, and coordinate audits across billing, AR, and collections.

The role emphasizes working capital optimization, dashboards, and finance transformation initiatives to support regional growth. A minimum 7–10 years in finance with people leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive Finance and Accounting experience.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or people leadership role.
• Strong experience in Financial Reporting, General Accounting, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Working Capital Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end and year-end financial close process.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and reliable financial reporting.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with accounting standards.
• Coordinate external and internal audits.
• Lead end-to-end billing and invoicing operations.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Collections to improve cash flow and collection efficiency.
• Monitor customer aging, overdue accounts, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Develop and strengthen collection strategies and credit control practices.
• Work closely with Operations and Commercial teams to resolve billing issues and improve customer experience.
• Drive initiatives to improve working capital and cash conversion.
• Improve billing accuracy and collection effectiveness.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Develop meaningful dashboards and management reporting that support business decisions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team.
