Job summary

SGV & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate to guide teams on finance-focused projects, review colleagues’ work, and support Managers and Partners. This role emphasizes client relationship management, strategic planning, and driving finance process improvements.

You will engage across multiple finance topics, from process analysis to PMO services, while mentoring Associates and contributing to firm-wide initiatives. A CPA is preferred with strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degrees in accounting/finance-related fields are required or added consideration for similar degrees.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience including people management.
• Preferably CPA in the Philippines; other certifications are considerable.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and share knowledge with team members in executing projects and engagements for Finance practice.
• Lead complex project activities, review work of Associates, and support Managers and Partners.
• Direct client relationships, manage expectations, and contribute to strategic plans and growth opportunities.
• Understand and communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly to clients.
