Job summary
SHG SERVICES INC. is seeking a Finance Excellence Manager to lead finance transformation, drive process improvements, and enhance governance across the organization.
You will optimize finance processes, implement technology-enabled reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable performance gains. The role requires a solid track record in ERP/SAP projects, Power BI reporting, and multi-site operations, with strong analytical, program management, and stakeholder
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive finance experience with transformation exposure.
- Strong experience in finance transformation, process excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP implementation or optimization.
- Proficiency in Power BI and financial reporting/dashboard development.
- Knowledge of finance governance, controls, and process standardization.
- Experience in Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, FMCG, or multi-site organizations is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation and process excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, controls, and business performance.
- Review and streamline finance processes, policies, and workflows to drive standardization and continuous improvement.
- Support and/or lead ERP/SAP implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and management reports to provide actionable financial insights.
- Strengthen finance governance, internal controls, and compliance across business units.
- Partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and other stakeholders in implementing process and system improvements.
- Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor project implementation, assess results, and ensure sustainability of improvements.
- Provide recommendations to management on finance processes, systems, and operational efficiencies.
