Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• CPA certification is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing global payroll and multi-entity accounting environments.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks or similar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GAAP-compliant financial reporting and close processes.
• Manage global payroll across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee client invoicing, revenue recognition, and collections.
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting policies.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and IT to improve processes.
