Qualifikationen
- 15+ years geotechnical engineering experience.
- Strong technical capability with complex design/reviews.
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering outcomes.
- Proven leadership and mentoring of engineers/geologists.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality geotechnical designs/reports.
- ANZ experience.
- Geotechnical design and/or numerical modelling—Lexis, slope value.
- Software: Plaxis 2D/3D, Slope Stability, Piling.
Aufgaben
- Lead delivery of geotechnical services across projects from feasibility to construction.
- Provide technical leadership on complex geotechnical problems and reviews.
- Mentor engineers and geologists to build capability.
- Drive technical excellence through reviews and applying standards.
- Manage interfaces to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Apply communication and commercial judgement to client challenges.
- Support multidisciplinary projects through geotechnical design in all stages.
