Job summary

Aurecon Group in the Philippines, Metro Manila, is seeking an experienced Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. You will lead civil design tasks for roads, drainage and utilities, coordinating with multiple disciplines to bring ideas to life across projects from local to global scales.

You will apply 3D design tools, contribute to constructible solutions, and mentor junior engineers while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering.
• Approximately 6+ years’ experience in civil infrastructure design.
• Proficiency with 3D design tools and CAD software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to civil design tasks across general civil, drainage, earthworks, utilities, alignment and related structural interface works.
• Develop practical and well considered design solutions that respond to client requirements, site constraints, standards, constructability and project risk.
• Coordinate civil inputs with structural, transport, drainage, utilities, rail, buildings and other project disciplines.
• Prepare and review drawings, calculations, design reports, technical notes and design documentation.
• Communicate clearly with project teams and clients on design assumptions, risks and recommended actions.
• Use digital workflows, design tools and AI enabled practices to improve design efficiency, documentation quality and decision making.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery methods, reduce rework and standardise design outputs.
• Support junior engineers and designers through clear direction, technical guidance and review.
• Work collaboratively across local, national and global teams to deliver consistent and high-quality outcomes.
